SkyVenture Abu Dhabi is a 12 foot, open flow, 875 HP wind tunnel owned and operated by the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates. It is located in an equestrian center in Abu Dhabi. All superstructure steel and wind tunnel components are installed and operational. The owner is now completing the exterior of the building and SkyVenture will commission this tunnel in November 2004.

Airkix was the first of SkyVenture’s recirculating tunnel designs. It is a 12 foot, 1000 HP wind tunnel located adjacent to and connected to Xscape - a cutting edge shopping and entertainment center approximately 30 miles north of London. Airkix features state of the art video and digital photography systems. It also has some of the finest instructors and coaches which make flying a pleasure. This tunnel opened November 2005.
Alcantarilla Region: Europe Status: Operational
The Spanish Ministry of Defense purchased a 14-foot, 1600 HP SkyVenture open flow wind tunnel after an open tender and head-to-head competition between the largest wind tunnel manufacturers in the world. SkyVenture International has completed fabrication of the components and installation was completed in September of 2006. The initial staff in Alcanterilla is all military personnel and consists of eight instructors and five controllers.
SkyVenture Arizona was the first of a second generation open flow vertical wind tunnel located 40 miles south of Phoenix in Eloy, Arizona adjacent to the largest skydiving center in the world - Skydive Arizona. The 14 foot, 1600 HP wind tunnel includes all of the most recent advancements pioneered by SkyVenture. SkyVenture Arizona opened in August of 2005.
SkyVenture Colorado is a state-of-the-art 12 foot, recirculating 1200 HP wind tunnel. It is located in Lone Tree, Colorado just south of Denver. SkyVenture, LLC fabricated the tunnel equipment at various manufacturing facilities across the US. SkyVenture Colorado opened in February 2006. It serves entertainment customers, skydivers and the military in the Denver area. As they describe it, their mission is "to provide an unforgettably awesome experience to our customers, and a destination attraction to our hosts."
Freezone, Ltd. Has recently purchased a SkyVenture 12 foot diameter, 1000 HP recirculaing wind tunnel for installation in the city of Chekhov about 20 KM south of Moscow, Russia. The tunnel will open in spring 2007. The group also intends to build a hotel and training center with the tunnel. SkyVenture Freezone will serve skydivers from all over Russia and Eastern Europe. It will also serve entertainment customers and employees of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russian Federation, Rescue Service staff, the President's Safeguard Service and employees of the Russian Astronauts' Training Facilities.
SkyVenture Genting is a skydiving simulator built into the center of an indoor shopping and entertainment district adjacent to the largest Casino in Asia. You can see the top of the tunnel protruding from the roof just to the left of the center of the photo. SkyVenture Genting is located at the Genting highlands outside of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This 12 foot, open flow, 875 HP model has been in commercial operation since 2002.
Goiânia Region: South America Status: Operational
This 12-foot, 1200 HP recirculating SkyVenture unit was purchased by the Armed Forces of Brazil after an open tender competition in mid 2006. The tunnel opened August 2007.
iFLY Hollywood is a third generation vertical wind tunnel in the heart of Universal Studios City Walk. This tunnel is designed primarily for entertainment customers and corporate groups. iFLY Hollywood is SkyVenture's first 10 foot, recirculation tunnel, 800 HP system. Its main feature is the 30 foot tall, solid acrylic flight chamber allowing 360º viewing. This unique design also places the flight chamber at ground level allowing passersby to see all the action. This tunnel opened October 31, 2007. With its unique location, only a few feet away from Hard Rock Café, Jillian’s and Café Tu Tu Tango, it has been a hit with visitors to Universal Studios City Walk.

SkyVenture New Hampshire is currently operating a SkyVenture 12 foot, 1200 HP recirculating wind tunnel in Nashua, New Hampshire just north of the Massachusetts border. The tunnel opened in August 2006.
SkyVenture of Orlando was built in 1997 as SkyVenture's prototype and proof of concept wind tunnel. It quickly became an overwhelming success and has operated at or near full capacity since that time. This tunnel serves the entertainment, sport skydiving and military training markets. SkyVenture Orlando is a 12 foot, open flow, 1000 HP wind tunnel. In 2003, it operated for over 5000 hours and required less than 75 hours of maintenance.
Paraclete XP Region: North America Status: Operational Website: www.paracletexp.com
Paraclete XP SkyVenture is a fully enclosed, climate controlled, all weather 16 foot supertunnel that will be located adjacent to Fort Bragg in North Carolina. When built, it will be the largest and fastest recirculating vertical wind tunnel anywhere in the world. It will serve the huge demand for advanced free-fall training by the JFK Special Warfare School at Fort Bragg. The owner, Tim D'Annunzio, has already started construction of this 16 foot, recirculating 2000HP SkyVenture wind tunnel. It started operating October 2007.
Perris Valley Skydiving, California’s only resort skydiving center, installed SkyVenture Perris in December 2003. This 12 foot, open flow, 1000 HP wind tunnel has been operating successfully and profitable since that time. It incorporates some of SkyVenture's most recent updates including variable frequency drives and a fully automated computer control system.

iFLY SF Bay (formerly SkyVenture Silicon Valley) is a project developed by a group of local investors from the business and adventure sport communities. They have two goals: 1) Bring the experience of simulated skydiving to the California marketplace in a safe, cost effective, and profitable manner. 2) Support the California "Adventure Sport" lifestyle in the Bay Area communities with the introduction of one of the most unique experiences available. They are building a 12 foot, recirculating, 1000HP SkyVenture wind tunnel in a shopping and entertainment center in Union Landing (within Silicon Valley). They have secured the land and all necessary land use planning permissions and variances. This facility open in October 2007.

SkyVenture Utah is a 12-foot wide, 1200 HP recirculating wind tunnel which is located in the Salomon Center in Ogden, Utah. The Salomon Center is a high adventure and downtown sports complex which includes iFLY Utah, Flowrider Utah, an indoor surf wave, and a huge climbing wall. The adventure doesn’t stop there, 32 bowling lanes, billiards, a 55,000 square foot Gold’s Gym, arcades, bumper cars, Pizza Factory Restaurant, and a Costa Vida Restaurant. This incredible center opened June 15, 2007.
